Arteriosclerosis is the affection of the artery system of the body. It develops slowly and often over decades without symptoms, until it has a dramatic impact for example due to a heart attack or a stroke. Translated arteriosclerosis means” fibrinous hardening of the artery”

The 15-minute exercise program for this disorder, which has been developed by Dr. Sommer, physician of the National German Snowboard Team, and which you can download online here, contains such exercises. It can also be performed by untrained people.

Through the deployment of specially compiled TOGU device sets the training stimulus is even more intensified. Additional devices, which you will find in this category are also suitable for the application in this field.
