TOGU highlights at FIBO 2016 in Cologne

This year, FIBO, the International Trade Fair for Fitness, Wellness and Health, will take place in Cologne from 7 to 10 April. Industry visitors and sports and fitness enthusiasts can gather information from more than 720 exhibitors about the latest training and nutrition methods as well as wellness trends. TOGU, too, will be represented again with numerous products and some new developments. Highlights include the air-filled Actiroll®, the Balanza® Ballstep®, the Jumper® Pro, the Original Powerball® ABS® and the Original Dynair® Ballkissen®. One day before the start of the trade fair, on 6 April, the company from Prien on the Chiemsee is organising International TOGU Day.
International TOGU Day will take place in the congress centre of Cologne Trade Fair and has become a popular training and networking event. TOGU will present a diverse theoretical and practical programme around the subject “Focusing on the fasciae in training and therapy” to experts from the industry as well as to its partners.
Versatile and effective: The TOGU Actiroll®
The Actiroll® is an air-filled, firm fascia roll where the degree of firmness can be adjusted seamlessly, by pump, to the needs of the individual user. It releases tension and adhesions by using the body weight and is now also available in a medium size. This can be used in many different ways. The air-filling has an absorbing, cushioning effect. This enables reaching myofascial structures without risk of injury, including rolling over joints and vertebral bodies.
