Jump and swing fit!

The effect on the musculature, tendon and ligamentous apparatus, as well as joint and skeletal structures is versatile and can be harmful in case of incorrect loading or a false underground.

But if you have a training device, what exactly was developed for these purposes and areas of application, the best possible training results can be achieved through targeted exercises and loads.

The TOGU Jumper is ideal for strengthening and stabilization exercises. Due to the trampoline effect and its vibrating property a vibration transmission takes place on the entire body. Moving on the jumper causes many small, fine movements, which are transmitted back to the body. The involuntary compensatory movements activate and train the deep muscles and the nervous system.

The proprioceptive and sensorimotor training is already successfully used in competitive sports and physiotherapy. With the jumper you can use this principle also uncomplicated at home independently. The jumper gives the user a variety of new and moving experiences. From this he benefits in everyday life through more stability and mobility of the whole body.

The trampoline effect also makes for a lot of fun during training. Due to its suitability for the strengthening of the back musculature, the jumper was awarded with the AGR seal of approval, Aktion Gesunder Rücken – besser leben e.V. by physicians and sport scientists.

Training on unstable documents is indispensable in therapy, recreational sports and competitive sports.

  • Stand on both sides of the jumper
  • Squat with both legs on the jumper

Execution:

  • Stand with one leg on the jumper
  • Now push the body upwards and jump to the other side. Improves the bounce at the same time
