Beschreibung:
Kaum jemand kann von sich sagen noch nie Rückenschmerzen gehabt zu haben.
Für einen gesunden Rücken gilt: Fordere Dich, aber überfordere Dich nicht! Das Wichtigste im präventiven Rückentraining ist: – Belaste und fordere den Rücken, aber richtig!

Deshalb dient bei einigen Übungen ein Ball als Hilfe, manchmal aber auch als Herausforderung.
Ein Ball ist nicht nur zum Spielen und Sitzen, er ermöglicht darüber hinaus auch anspruchsvolle Stützübungen sowie Trainingseinheiten im Stehen oder in Bauch- und Rückenlage. Er eignet sich ideal zur Verbesserung von Rumpfstabilität, Koordination und Gleichgewicht. Eine Herausforderung Deiner intra- und intermuskulären Koordination! Wackeln ist erwünscht!

Beschreibung der Zielgruppe:
Reduzierung von Bewegungsmangel durch gesundheitssportliche Aktivität. Versicherte mit speziellen Risiken im Muskel-Skelettsystem (z.B. überwiegend sitzender Tätigkeit, einseitiger Belastung, Bewegungsmangel), ohne behandlungsbedürftige Erkrankungen des Bewegungsapparates.


Inhalte der Maßnahme
Aufwärmen: durch Gymnastikübungen und Spiele, Hauptteil: Gruppenprogramm mit Kleingeräten, Informationsvermittlung, Hausaufgaben, Abschluss: Dehnen der Muskulatur, Entspannung
Methoden zur Umsetzung
Frontalunterricht, Wissensvermittlung mittels Lehrgespräch/Vortrag, Teilnehmerkorrekturen zur Sicherung der Nachhaltigkeit in der Bewegungsausführung, Vormachen – Nachmachen
