Actiball®Relax - the individually adjustable self-massage ball for fascia treatment in 3 sizes.

Improve your flexibility and agility with littel time and simple exercises. The frequent use, which is easy to integrate into everyday life, trains fascia and allows you muscles to regenerate and relax. So you ensure a lasting releasation of tensions, a better blood circulation and increasing well-being.

All Actiball Relax-balls have an absorbing effect due to the air filling. This makes it possible to roll without pain and without ristk of injury, also over joints and the spine. The massage effect is gentle and even thanks to the pleasant material.

Use the Actiball® Relax series for active regeneration, self-massage and relaxation exercises. The handy size allows you to use it in your everyday life, for example when traveling, in the office or at home.

The massage balls are available individually with 6, 8, and 12 cm diameter as well as a set of 3. The three different sizes complement each other ideally in the application, as they massage more punctual and more precisely depending on the scope of applicatio.
