Effective exercises with small „power tools“. From 0.5 kg up to 1,8 kg.

The compact ball with weight filling fits in the palm of any hand and is offered with the weights 500g, 1,000g, 1,500g and 1,800g.

The diameter varies depending on the weight: 7 cm (500g), 8 cm (1000g), 9.5 cm (1500g and 1,800g).

Because of the round design, they are slip-proof and the weight is in the centre of the hand. No unpleasent stress on the wrist. More effective training in a combination withother tools. For using in single or group trainings.
