The compact ball with weight filling fits in the palm of any hand and is offered with the weights 500g, 1,000g, 1,500g and 1,800g.

The diameter varies depending on the weight: 7 cm (500g), 8 cm (1000g), 9.5 cm (1500g and 1,800g).
