What is the effect of the application?
A healthy, strong back and a stable body center. The back is effectively and easily relieved and trained at the same time. The intervertebral discs are gently kept in motion and the muscles of the spine are trained. The upright posture can be optimized. In addition, the following effects occur during so-called sensorimotor training (interaction between nervous and muscular system): Improvement of the nervous system, concentration, joint stability and movement sequences in general.

How does it work?
Dynamic sitting and training is made possible by the air filling and the special high-quality material: minimal movements are constantly and immediately transferred to the body. In this way, the deeper lying back muscles and the senomotoric system are involuntarily trained.
