Increase the amount of air in the air buffers and the movements become more direct. Reduce the amount of air in the air buffers, and the movements become 'softer'. This is very similar to the tires on your bike. Simply use the included air pump.

For a perfect workout you have a generously sized area of approx. 80 cm x 80 cm at your disposal.
