TEILNAHMEBEDINGUNGEN
Veranstalter des Produkttests ist TOGU GmbH in D-83209 Prien am Chiemsee. Ust-ID-Nr.: DE291838301 gemäß §27a UStG. Mit der Teilnahme an diesem Produkttest akzeptiert der Nutzer die folgenden Teilnahmebedingungen:

  1. Der Preis ist je ein Dynair Keil Ballkissen Kids und ein Dynair Keil Ballkissen Premium
  2. Es werden 10 Produkt-Testfamilien durch Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt
  3. Der Preis wird, wie im Produkt-Test ausgeschrieben, vergeben. Eine Änderung oder Barauszahlung des Preises ist ausgeschlossen.
  4. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle volljährigen Personen mit einem Wohnsitz in Deutschland, Österreich oder der Schweiz die während der Laufzeit die Facebook-Seite von TOGU GmbH liken und den Beitrag kommentieren oder einen Freund markieren. Ausgenommen sind Mitarbeiter der TOGU GmbH.
  5. Facebook oder Instagram steht als Ansprechpartner für die Produkt-Testfamilien nicht zur Verfügung.
  6. Die Testaktion beginnt am 11. September 2018 und endet am 23. September 2018 um 23:59 Uhr.
  7. Die Tester erklären sich mit der Veröffentlichung des Namens inklusive Verlinkung zum Profil auf Facebook einverstanden. Die Test-Familien werden auf der Facebook-Seite der TOGU GmbH, auf der die Teilnahme erfolgte, nach Beendigung der Testaktion mit Verlinkung des Gewinners in einem Kommentar am 24. September 2018 bekannt gegeben. Zusätzlich wird der Gewinner mit einer persönlichen Nachricht auf Facebook über seinen Gewinn informiert.
  8. Ergänzend gelten auch die Datenschutzhinweise von Facebook und Instagram.
  9. Wir bitten die Gewinner uns eine PN oder E-Mail unter info@togu.de mit seiner Adresse zu senden. Sollte innerhalb eines Tages (25.09.2018 bis 23.59 Uhr) keine Rückmeldung des Gewinners erfolgen, verfallen die Testartikel und ein neuer Tester wird gezogen.
  10. Mehrfachteilnahmen an der Testaktion sind unzulässig.
  11. TOGU nutzt für die Auslosung den Zufallsgenerator von Glücksfee von Fanpage Karma.
  12. Die Produkte werden direkt an die vom Gewinner angegebene Adresse versendet. Mit der Inanspruchnahme der Produkte verbundene Zusatzkosten gehen zu Lasten des Gewinners. Für eine etwaige Versteuerung des Gewinns ist der Gewinner selbst verantwortlich.
  13. Die Teilnehmer erklären sich mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden und akzeptieren deren Gültigkeit mit der Teilnahme.
