TOGU Club: Free training circuit for fitness and health

The first two seasons are filmed, the third is being worked on.

Shortly after its launch, the TOGU Club is extremely popular. More and more members use the free online training with regularly new fitness circles for the whole body. With the diverse offer of the TOGU Club everyone from newcomers to trained athletes can reach their personal goals: No matter if you want to improve your fitness, lose weight or tighten your muscles

No matter how hard you try, the stabilizing muscles near your spine can not be consciously controlled. These are precisely these stabilizers that play a crucial role in your physical health, as they form the basis for every activity and ensure a safe posture. “Every force and every movement comes from the middle of the body,” stresses fitness expert Gabi Fastner. Accordingly, the focus is on sensorimotor training at TOGU. Each fitness small appliance of the Upper Bavarian company from Prien am Chiemsee is designed to improve the interaction between sensory and motor performance. And TOGU goes one step further: Together with state-certified sports and gymnastics teacher Fastner and other experts, TOGU aims to motivate the widest possible audience to do something for their health and fitness. For this, the company developed a digital training offer, the TOGU Club. The respective training sessions are aimed at beginners as well as trained athletes. It is also possible to perform the exercises both with and without TOGU training equipment. The membership for the TOGU Club is free of charge and offers a varied and effective fitness circle with sports science background knowledge.

Full Body Program: Nine exercises per circle

Each training circle treats a center of gravity, such as the deep back or abdominal muscles. But TOGU and the experts around Fastner always emphasize holisticness: “In any case, individual muscle groups are never strengthened in isolation,” explains Fastner. In the video tutorial, she does all the exercises – nine per circle. In addition, TOGU Club users can print out small maps that explain the exercises again. How long a training session lasts depends on the user. Depending on the fitness level, an exercise is completed for between 30 and 60 seconds, followed by a 30-second break.
There is also a warm-up program and a cool down. Depending on the intensity, a complete circle takes between 25 and 45 minutes. “If you feel like it, you can choose a tutorial for every day,” suggests Fastner. “With two to three units a week you have the ideal body strength and sufficient for his health and fitness done.” In the optimal case, the circle in the TOGU club will be supplemented by an additional endurance unit.

Regular new circles and other benefits

Regularly appears in the TOGU Club a new circle. Members will be notified via email. In addition, they benefit from other advantages such as expert tips on the exciting topic of exercise and health. For example, users will learn interesting facts about sensorimotor technology. “This is how everyone gets to know his body better,” explains Fastner. “Because who knows why he does which exercise or why it is important, can smoothly integrate healthy movements in everyday life.” In addition, TOGU Club members receive a 10% discount on all articles on www.togu.de and are informed exclusively about special offers , Click here for the TOGU Club: www.togu.de/club/
