Air-filled training and therapy equipment for company health promotion

Table of contents

Sitting: You do it everywhere and at every opportunity, most of the time at work. But our body is not made for so little movement. Health and mental problems are the consequences. This also has negative implications for employers. For this reason, more and more companies have decided to implement occupational health promotion (BGF). They are supported by TOGU. The premium manufacturer of air-filled training and therapy devices offers efficient movement concepts and products such as the Dynair® Keil-Ballkissen®, which relieve employees and thus also employers.

Motivated, efficient and healthy employees – that is what every employer wants. But the steadily growing lack of movement combined with the increasing psychosocial stress at the workplace is opposed to this. A vicious cycle with far-reaching consequences: back pain, joint problems, metabolic disorders or depression are only a few of them. In the worst case, employees are subject to weeks of sick leave. So what is more appropriate than to shape the work environment in such a way that it contributes to maintaining or even increasing health? The measures of occupational health promotion begin precisely at this point and also benefit employers. Support is provided by TOGU. A wide range of different air-filled training and therapy devices, as well as the efficient and practical training concepts, enable employees of health-conscious companies to take a worthwhile active break at any time.

Simple health concepts with great effect
The “Healthy Training” and “Healthy Sitting” concepts, which TOGU has developed with general practitioners and sports physicians, are a useful change in daily business routines. While “healthy exercise” consists of fifteen-minute exercise programs with different training goals as well as different indications, “healthy sitting” is mainly about the promotion of back health.

TOGU’s air-filled training and therapy devices function as an active dynamic pad during sitting. The resulting spinal movements stimulate the spinal column similar to walking and hence train the stabilizing back muscles. In addition to many different sitballs, the Dynair® Keil-Ballkissen® are an uncomplicated and space-saving alternative and can be integrated into any office without a great investment. The ergonomically shaped underlay creates a stable sitting feeling with a simultaneous balance effect. The wedge shape promotes balance and strengthens the back muscles. It also supports the upright attitude and helps to promote concentration. The Dynair® Keil-Ballkissen® are available in many different colors and with different surfaces. For health-conscious companies, the traditional company from Prien am Chiemsee offers a very special service: on request, many TOGU products can be individually branded and thus be equipped with the respective company logo or colors.
