With its intelligent filling of air and weight you create a targeted movement feedback (shaking effect). The handy deep muscle trainer for health and figure causes a tightening of the tissue and strengthening of the deep muscles. You can also use the TOGU Brasil berry ideally for preventive back training and a variety of fitness exercises.
The Brasil Workout works like this: with the space-saving training device - made in Germany from 100% recyclable material - the deep muscles are activated in small training units. In targeted exercises, in which the Brasil berry are shaken in small movement amplitudes, a reflexive tension of the entire core can be achieved through the special filling.
