What does the application do?
With the Bodyroll a better blood circulation of your body and muscles is promoted. The Bodyroll is used in massage and is also suitable for foot reflexology.

How does it work?
You do not need to master any special massage techniques to use the Bodyroll. The massaging partner rolls the Bodyroll with his hand over the body surface to be massaged and applies light to strong pressure as required. Due to its elastic shape the Bodyroll nestles up to the body and massages evenly. The package includes detailed instructions with massage suggestions and an overview of the foot reflex zones.

"I lie down flat on my stomach, close my eyes and I can already feel the gentle nubs rolling over my back. The bodyroll adapts ideally to the shape of the body due to its air filling. A feeling of warmth can be felt on the skin and you can really feel the beginning blood circulation. My partner rolls both bodyrolls simultaneously over my back and neck muscles.
