The airbag for your gym ball - Original ABS® safety made in Germany

It is an inflatable and burst proof gymnastic ball made of anti-burst material - made in Germany. The material called Crylon is odorless and exceptionally sturdy (max load up to 2000 kg/ anti-burst guarantee up to 500 kg). It is free of latex and is produced in Germany by TOGU GmbH – the specialist for inflatable trainings equipment.

What is it good for?
The right ball for heavy duty use. It offers safety for tough functional training and exercises with weights. The Powerball Challenge ABS is capable of resisting loads up to 2000kg and is guaranteed burst proof for dynamic loads up to 500kg. Sitting on the Powerball Challenge ABS can train the back musculature. Abdominal and back muscles can be strengthened through safe, efficient, and dynamic back and stability exercises.

How does it work?
While sitting on the ball an upright posture is almost automatically assumed by the upper body. At the same time the pelvic floor-, abdominal and back muscles are inevitably being used for balancing. This ongoing activity strengthens the muscles.
