The patented (EU Patent No.2081651) multi-axis platform allows for training at all performance levels and ages. The built-in motion sensor connects via Bluetooth 4.0 to any tablet or smartphone which has installed the free app.

The two stable plates of which the upper one is covered with an anti-slip coating on the surface providethe necessary safety.

The users train independently with the Challenge Disc. They are motivated without a trainer having to control and give instructions. The Bodyteamwork App provides coaching and enables targeted coordination training for the lower extremities, back and trunk.
