TOGU TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The organiser of the raffle is TOGU GmbH in D-83209 Prien am Chiemsee. VAT ID No.: DE291838301. By participating in this TOGU raffle, the user accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. The prizes will be awarded as advertised in the raffle. No change or cash payment of the prize is possible.
2. The raffle is free of charge and linked to a task. All persons of legal age who complete the task are eligible to participate. Employees of TOGU GmbH and their family members are excluded. Multiple entries are not permitted.
3. TOGU GmbH reserves the right to change or terminate the raffle at any time without giving reasons. We will provide information about any changes on our website.
4. The winners will be drawn after the raffle has ended. The duration and entry deadline for the raffle can be found in the publication on the website.
5. The winners will be notified of their prize by personal message sent to the address they have provided. The winners are requested to reply with a personal message and provide the necessary information (full name and address). If the winner does not reply within 6 months, they will no longer receive their prize. Personal data (full name, address, e-mail address) will only be collected for the purpose of the raffle and will be deleted after the raffle has ended.
6. The prize will be sent directly to the address provided by the winner. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
7. TOGU GmbH is the sole point of contact for the raffle. The raffle is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by third parties.
