Die Motorik Matte Bewegungskompass wurde von Felix Neureuther, seinem „Beweg dich schlau!” Trainer Team und TOGU entwickelt und ist für alle Altersklassen geeignet, insbesondere jedoch für das Kindergarten- und Grundschulalter. Die Matte kann immer und überall eingesetzt werden, dient zur Förderung der motorisch- kognitiven Fähigkeiten und soll Spaß und Freude an der Bewegung vermitteln. In einem Booklet findest du Übungsvorschläge und Anregungen für die Nutzung der Matte, aber du darfst auch deine eigenen Ideen einbringen. Du kannst bei Übungen mit der Matte die Zahlen, die Symbole oder die Formen nutzen oder alles kombinieren. Die meisten Übungen sind Partnerübungen. Wir empfehlen, mit einer Gruppe von bis zu vier Personen mit der Matte zu arbeiten, so dass sich die Personen abwechseln können. Sie bedeuten (im Uhrzeigersinn, beginnend zwischen 1 und 2): Wassertropfen, Sonne, Wolke, Sandhaufen, Welle, Berg, Blumenwiese, Schneeflocke. • Rollt die Matte mit dem Teppich- Stoff nach außen ein, knickt und faltet die Matte nicht. So hält sie länger. • Bindet ein etwas breiteres Gummiband um die Matte. • Ihr könnt die Matte bei 30° (Pflegeleicht) waschen, wenn sie dreckig sein sollte. Entfernt kleinere Flecken lieber mit einem nassen Tuch. Das erhöht die Haltbarkeit der Matte.
