Die Matte kann immer und überall eingesetzt werden, dient zur Förderung der motorisch- kognitiven Fähigkeiten und soll Spaß und Freude an der Bewegung vermitteln. In einem Booklet findest du Übungsvorschläge und Anregungen für die Nutzung der Matte, aber du darfst auch deine eigenen Ideen einbringen.
