Training with the Aero-Step XL Functional can enhance joint stability. Muscles are strengthened in depth. Joint stability is improved, balance is found, imbalances are corrected and reflexes and reactions are promoted.
How does it work?
No matter whether it is being used in a dorsal, ventral or standing position for leg axis training, due to the instability caused by the air inside the dual chambers of the Aero-Step XL Functional, every known exercise becomes a unique experience and a real challenge. The connecting plate at the bottom of the Aero-Step XL Functional offers the stability necessary to ensure a superb adhesion to the ground. This combination leads to fast training results.
Expert opinion of Dr. Christos Papadopoulos, Rehabilitation and Condition Trainer:
“With the aid of the Aero-Step apparatus, our work in the area of coordination, strengthening and flexibility training is more creative and effective. The Aero-Step replaces a number of bulkier pieces of equipment used in the past. The unique material makes the device highly flexible in application, not only for indoor training but also for outdoor training (more important in the case of football, training exercises can be realized barefoot, in running shoes or in football shoes – the robust construction or the device makes it all possible.
The Aero-Step has established a solid position for itself in our exercise schedule. We wouldn´t want to do without it. In football-specific exercises, this device presents a special challenge: In combination with the ball, the Aero-Step adds a special kick to the often monotonous coordination and stabilization training, whereby the fun factor is raised considerably (motivation).”
