PAB® Pad – the innovative balance pad with gel filling brings movement to your training. It reacts to every shift in your weight and “works” with you underneath. Every tiny movement becomes a challenge for your balance: your body is constantly working to maintain a delicate balance. These micro-adjustments not only strengthen your muscles, but also your body awareness, balance, and reaction speed.
The PAB® Pad, weighing approx. 5 kg (11 lbs), is specially designed for health and fitness exercises and offers a wide range of uses, both in groups and when training at home.
