An air-filled, unstable roll - made in Germany - versatile applicable . The air filling can be individually regulated by a needle valve. The material Ruton is odourless, latex-free, very resilient (up to 200kg) and made of 100% recyclable plastic. TOGU gives a 30-year manufacturer warranty on the Multiroll.

What does the application do?
The whole body is strengthened by deep muscular training stimuli. Through various exercises, individual muscle groups can be targeted. The Mulitroll Functional allows a versatile use and varied training.

How does it work?
Various exercises can be performed in the seat, support, lying down and with additional equipment. The soft, comfortable material and the air filling create an adaptable and at the same time very dynamic base to train sensorimotor and proprioception. Therefore, the Mutliroll Functional is perfectly suitable for use in functional training. A DVD with exercise suggestions is optionally available.
