What does it do?A strengthening of the abdominal, back and whole body muscles through safe, effective and dynamic back and stability training. Can train back musculature by sitting upright and in motion.How does it work?While sitting on the ball, an upright posture is automatically adopted in order not to fall off the ball. At the same time, the pelvic, abdominal and back muscles are involuntarily used again and again to balance the ball while sitting. The product packaging includes instructions with concrete exercise suggestions.In case of damage by objects such as sharp edges, needles, glass splinters, scissors etc., the material of the ball skin prevents the ball from tearing open abruptly.
