From 12 to 15 November, 2014, TOGU GmbH is showing the product highlights
for 2015 at the international medical trade fair MEDICA in Düsseldorf. The balance trainer Jumper Pro, with the optional Jumper Pro Plate makes efficient and time-saving stability training possible. The deep muscles are trained with the TOGU Brasil – a practical piece of training equipment which is also suitable for aqua gymnastics. Balance trainer Jumper Pro: Train efficiently and have fun
The multifunctional balance trainer Jumper Pro improves balance and coordination as well as the mobility and stability of the body – and this with plenty of fun and in only a short time. Similar to a trampoline, the vibrations are dynamically returned back to the person training. The Jumper Pro is highly versatile: It creates efficiency and enjoyment in physiotherapy, personal training and group fitness.

The optional Jumper Pro Plate creates a flat surface on the back, so that various supporting surfaces can be used during training. With the awarding of the quality seal “Aktion Gesunder Rücken” – an organisation promoting healthy posture for a healthy back – an independent jury of doctors and scientists further underlined the beneficial effect of the Jumper Pro on the back and general health.

Train deep muscles with the handy TOGU Brasil – also suitable for aqua gymnastics
The small spiky TOGU Brasil creates direct movement feedback due to the special filling and weight, and thus exercises the deep muscles. This means a tightening of the tissue, making the Brasil ideal for modern back and health training. Thanks to the waterproof material and optional armbands the Brasil is also suitable for aqua gymnastics.

The TOGU Brasil is shaken in small motion amplitudes which causes a reflective tensioning of the torso. The low weight means a strain on the deep muscles which is gentle on joints.

Gabi Fastner, a sports and gymnastics expert has developed a complete training programme in cooperation with TOGU (“Bodystyling with Brasil”) which is available on DVD.
