CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Organizer of the competition is TOGU GmbH in D-83209 Prien am Chiemsee. VAT-ID-No.: DE291838301 according to §27a UStG. With the participation in this competition the user accepts the following conditions of participation:

1. the prizes of this competition are three „Rund um den Ball“  packages.

2. the prize will be awarded as advertised in the competition. A change or cash payment of the prize is excluded.

3. all persons of legal age with a residence in the EU or Switzerland who link and comment on the entry during the competition are eligible to participate. Excluded are employees of the TOGU GmbH and their family members.

4. Facebook and Instagram are not available as contact person for the competition. The contest is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook and Instagram.

5. the competition starts on 14/09/2020 and ends on 28/09/2020 at 23:59 o’clock.

6. the winners will be informed about the prize with a personal message on Instagram.

7. the Facebook privacy policy also applies in addition.

8. multiple participation in the competition is not permitted.

9. TOGU uses the random generator of commentpicker.com for the draw.

10. the prize will be sent directly to the address given by the winner. Additional costs connected with the claim of the prize are at the expense of the winner. The winner is responsible for any tax on the prize.

11. the participants agree to these conditions and accept their validity by participating in the competition.
