TOGU CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION for Facebook & Instagram competitions

Organizer of the competition is TOGU GmbH in D-83209 Prien am Chiemsee. Ust-ID-No.: DE291838301 according to §27a UStG. By participating in TOGU competitions, the user accepts the following conditions of participation:

The prizes of this competition will be announced in the respective competition post.
The prize will be awarded as advertised in the competition. A change or cash payment of the prize is excluded.
The competition starts on 23.06.2023 at 10:00 am and ends on 23.07.2023 at 11:59 pm.
The competition is free of charge and fees and is linked to a task. All persons of legal age with a residence in the EU who have correctly completed the task are eligible to participate. Employees of TOGU GmbH and their family members are excluded.
TOGU GmbH reserves the right to change or terminate the competition at any time without giving reasons. We will inform about changes on our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/togu1956) or Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/togu_1956/).
The winners will be drawn after the end of the competition. Duration and deadline of the competition can be found in the corresponding competition post.
TOGU uses the random generator of commentpicker.com for the draw. Thereby the draw probability is the same for each participant.
Privacy policy: The winners will be informed about the win with a personal message from us and will be marked/named once publicly in the story. The winner will be asked to get back to us with a personal message as well as provide required information (full name, address, email address). If the winner does not get back to us within 4 weeks, he/she will no longer receive the prize. Personal data (full name, address, e-mail address) will only be collected for the purpose of the competition and stored in digital form. After the end of the competition, the data will be deleted.
Participants may revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent until revocation..
The prize will be sent directly to the address provided by the winner. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
Facebook and Instagram are not available as contact persons for the competition. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook and Instagram.
