The Jumper® is a multi-functional training device. An air-filled trampoline ball made from durable Ruton on a fibreglassreinforced base plate. The Jumper is very resilient, being able to withstand up to 200 kg dynamic load. The air content can be controlled via a valve. The surface is non-slip, as is the base plate.

Thanks to its versatility, it can be used to train virtually all muscle groups, especially the deeper muscles that are important for general fitness. Balance, coordination and sensorimotor skills are also involuntarily improved. The trampoline effect also creates lots of fun while training. Thanks to its suitability for strengthening the back muscles, the Jumper has been awarded the AGR seal of quality (Campaign for Healthier Backs).

Depending on the purpose of the exercise, the Jumper can be used while standing, jumping, sitting or lying down. The air filling provides an unstable and at the same time dynamic base. Jumping onto the Jumper sideways is also perfectly possible as it is designed to be non-slip.
