Jumper

A combination of high intensity and unstable surface, which not only has a positive influence on the strength and coordination but also a sensory cardio program. An interval training that is ideal for fat burning and supporting the cardiovascular system!

Brasil

Brasil Body Styling is the ideal combination for a healthy figure and a healthy back. During the training we use the TOGU Brasil as weights and deep muscular trainer. Through the shaking, the deep trunk muscles are activated.

Redondo Ball Plus

The popular and versatile Redondo Ball Plus, in the new plus size with a diameter of 38 cm allows a variety of new exercise positions. It is ideal for improving core stability, coordination and balance.

TOGU Circles

The TOGU Circle with many different training products. Enjoy the different challenges at each station. Feel the deep muscles and the superficial muscles.

Actiroll

Our fascia, a “fascinating” theme! Exercises with the Actiroll of TOGU leads to a solution of cross-links in the fascia. It increases the blood circulation in the muscles and helps to improve the recovery phase after the workout. The role is great to grab the trigger points, relieve pain, and increase mobility.
