Are you familiar with Jochen Neff’s concept for children? With the Jumper® Mini from TOGU, you are guaranteed to bring dynamism and movement to gymnastics in kindergarten. Animal exercises for the Jumper Mini

A creative way to incorporate the Jumper Mini into the gym class is to use some exercises for this versatile training device and assign them specific animal names. To do this, tell the children a suitable story that helps them to complete the exercises in a playful way. When the word of the exercise appears in the story, the children assume the corresponding position and hold it until the next exercise.

The story: The hare and the tortoise

Once upon a time, a hare was happily hopping across the meadows on a beautiful summer’s day. Suddenly he came across a tortoise lying on its back and kicking wildly. The hare asked: “Why are you lying on your back? What’s happened?”.

The tortoise replied: “Oh hare, I jumped with a parachute, from over 3000 meters! I turned left, turned right, back and forth, left again, right, back and forth. I even turned left and right once. And then I landed on my back.” The tortoise explained his “accident” and asked the hare for help to get back on his feet.

Further exercises and continuation of the story

This story can be continued while the children complete further exercises on the Jumper Mini. With Jochen Neff’s creative approach, children can not only have fun, but also improve their balance and motor skills.
