TOGU TEILNAHMEBEDINGUNGEN für Facebook- & Instagram Gewinnspiele
Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels ist TOGU GmbH in D-83209 Prien am Chiemsee. Ust-ID-Nr.: DE291838301 gemäß §27a UStG. Mit der Teilnahme an TOGU Facebook und Instagram-Gewinnspielen akzeptiert der Nutzer die folgenden Teilnahmebedingungen:
1. Die Preise dieses Gewinnspiels werden im jeweiligen Gewinnspiel-Post ausgeschrieben.
2. Der Preis wird, wie im Gewinnspiel ausgeschrieben, vergeben. Eine Änderung oder Barauszahlung des Preises ist ausgeschlossen.
3. Das Gewinnspiel ist kosten- und gebührenfrei und mit einer Aufgabe verknüpft. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle volljährigen Personen mit einem Wohnsitz in der EU oder in der Schweiz, die die Aufgabe korrekt ausgeführt haben. Ausgenommen sind Mitarbeiter der TOGU GmbH sowie deren Familienangehörige. Mehrfachteilnahmen innerhalb einer Social-Media-Plattform (Facebook oder Instagram) sind unzulässig.
4. TOGU GmbH behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel ohne Mitteilung von Gründen jederzeit zu verändern oder zu beenden. Über Änderungen informieren wir auf unserer Facebook- oder Instagram-Page (https://www.facebook.com/togu.de) (https://www.instagram.com/togu_1956/).
5. Die Ziehung der Gewinner erfolgt nach Beendigung des Gewinnspiels. Dauer und Teilnahmefrist des Gewinnspiels können dem zugehörigen Gewinnspiel-Post entnommen werden.
6. TOGU nutzt für die Auslosung den Zufallsgenerator von commentpicker.com. Dabei ist die Ziehungswahrscheinlichkeit für jeden Teilnehmer gleich.
7. Die Gewinner werden mit einer persönlichen Nachricht auf Instagram oder Facebook über den Gewinn informiert. Der Gewinner wird gebeten, sich mit einer persönlichen Mitteilung zurückzumelden sowie benötigte Angaben (vollständiger Name, Anschrift, E-Mail-Adresse und Farbwunsch) zu machen. Meldet sich der Gewinner innerhalb von 6 Monaten nicht zurück, erhält er den Gewinn nicht mehr. Personenbezogene Daten (vollständiger Name, Anschrift, E-Mail-Adresse) werden nur zum Zweck des Gewinnspiels erhoben.
8. Der Gewinn wird direkt an die vom Gewinner angegebene Adresse versendet. Mit der Inanspruchnahme des Gewinns verbundene Zusatzkosten gehen zu Lasten des Gewinners. Für eine etwaige Versteuerung des Gewinns ist der Gewinner selbst verantwortlich.
9. Facebook und Instagram stehen als Ansprechpartner für das Gewinnspiel nicht zur Verfügung. Das Gewinnspiel wird in keiner Weise von Facebook und Instagram gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert.
