Koordinationstraining – Basis der Bewegung

Jeder Mensch benötigt für die Anforderungen des täglichen Lebens koordinative Fähigkeiten zur motorischen Umsetzung von Handlungen.
Das übergeordnete Ziel der Koordinationsschulung im Allgemeinen und der Schulung der Propriorezeption im Besonderen liegt im Hinblick auf die Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens auf:

–          der Optimierung von Haltungs- und Bewegungsabläufen
–          der Verbesserung der Bewegungsökonomie
–          der Bewegungssicherung für die Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens
–          der Verbesserung der Selbstsicherheit, des Selbstbewusstseins und des Wohlbefindens

Ob unsere Koordination gestört wirkt und zu viel Energie verbraucht, hängt von unseren Wahrnehmungen und den daraus folgenden körperlichen Reaktionen ab. Somit ist sie auch verbunden mit dem gedanklichen, psychologischen und physiologischen Bereich jedes Einzelnen. Charakteristisches Merkmal koordinativer Fähigkeiten ist die jeweils spezifische Einheit von Wahrnehmung und motorischer Realisierung.

Wichtig ist hier das koordinative Training:
Koordinationstraining bezeichnet die Fähigkeit des neuromuskulären Systems, komplexe Bewegungsmuster abzustimmen und durchzuführen.
Eine gute Koordination ist Voraussetzung für effektive Bewegung und damit für das Erreichen sportlicher Ziele und stellt gleichzeitig eine sinnvolle Verletzungsprophylaxe dar.

Die Koordination basiert auf der Aufnahme und der schnellen Verarbeitung (ZNS) von äußeren Reizen im Zusammenspiel mit der ausführenden Muskulatur.

Im Koordinationstraining sollen Bewegungsabläufe ohne Kompensationsmechanismen erarbeitet werden. Denn je mehr physiologische Bewegungsmuster abrufbar sind, desto geringer die Gefahr auf eine unvorhergesehene Situation keine Bewegungsantwort parat zu haben und dadurch ein erhöhtes Verletzungsrisiko einzugehen.
Hierbei ist wichtig in Bereichen wie Orientierung, Differenzierung, Gleichgewicht, Reaktionsfähigkeit etc. zu arbeiten.

Die Bedeutung eines Trainings, dessen Schwerpunkt auf der Förderung solcher koordinativen und sensomotorischen Prozesse liegt, wurde in den letzten Jahren mehr und mehr erkannt.

Das Ziel des Trainings ist die Verbesserung der Informationsaufnahme sowie die Verarbeitung und Umsetzung in zielgerichtete Bewegungshandlungen um letztendlich eine “optimale Bewegungsausführung” zu ermöglichen.
