Braucht Ihr Rücken eine Pause?

Ständiges Sitzen im Büro, lange Autofahrten, schweres Tragen und Ihr Rücken schmerzt?

Gönnen Sie Ihrem Rücken eine Pause und lösen Sie Verspannungen schnell und unkompliziert! Alles was Sie brauchen sind eine bequeme Unterlage,  einen
Redondo Ball oder den neuen Redondo Ball Touch.

Unterer Rückenbereich / Lendenwirbelsäule:

  1. Gehen Sie in einen Vierfüßlerstand; senken Sie Ihr Gesäß auf den Fersen ab und legen Sie Ihren Oberkörper nach vorne auf die Oberschenkel / Matte. Ihre Arme ruhen neben Ihrem Körper auf der Matte. Lassen Sie Ihren Atem fließen und entspannen Sie Ihren Nacken.
  2. Gehen Sie in Rückenlage; nehmen Sie einen Redondo  Ball und entlüften Sie in bis auf ein Viertel seines Volumens. Platzieren Sie den Ball unter Ihrem Gesäß auf der Höhe der Lendenwirbelsäule. Strecken Sie Ihre Beine aus und atmen Sie tief.

 

Brustwirbelsäule:

  1. Sitzen  Sie gerade und aufrecht und lassen Ihre Arme rechts und links neben dem Körper hängen. Heben Sie nun Ihr Brustbein an und schieben Sie es nach vorne/oben, Ihre Schultern ziehen zurück und Ihre Daumen drehen über vorne nach außen zur Seite. Ihre Schultern bleiben tief und Ihre Schulterblätter nähern sich an. Lösen und mindestens dreimal wiederholen.
  2. Gehen Sie in Rückenlage; nehmen Sie einen Redondo Ball Touch und entlüften Sie in bis auf ein Drittel seines Volumens. Platzieren Sie den Ball unter Ihrer Brustwirbelsäule und legen sich darüber. Tief atmen und in die Dehnung sinken lassen.

 

Nackenmuskulatur:

  1. Setzen Sie sich aufrecht auf einen Stuhl und lassen Sie Ihren Kopf locker nach vorne fallen. Bewegen Sie nun langsam ihre Nasenspitze in einem Halbkreis von rechts nach links. Ihre Schultern bleiben tief. Genießen Sie bewusst die sanfte Dehnung. Heben Sie am Ende Ihren Kopf wieder über die Mitte an.
  2. Lege Sie sich in Rückenlage auf Ihre Matte; Ihr Kopf ruht auf einen bis zu einem viertel entlüfteten Redondo Ball. Schließen Sie die Augen und beschreiben Sie mit Ihrer Nase zunächst große Kreise an der Zimmerdecke die immer kleiner werden. Wechseln Sie die Richtung. Arbeiten Sie langsam und bewusst.
