Healthy Sitting – How does it work?

The back hurts, the neck is tensed up, the head feels heavy. Does this sound familiar to you? You are not alone. Back pain is a wide spread disease. What is the reason however for this specific discomfort?

As one of the main reasons, experts state a rigid posture and a lack of movement while sitting.
