The Senso Hand Trainer - made in Germany - from the sports ball series "Noppenball lang" is suitable for strengthening the finger, hand and forearm muscles. It stimulates the blood circulation and can therefore help especially against cold hands. The pleasant Senso pimples stimulate the self-perception and the ergonomic shape makes the application easier. The Senso Hand Trainer can also be used for rolling exercises as a massage tool for yourself and others. The material Ruton is very hard-wearing, odourless, latex-free and made of 100% recyclable plastic.

Due to the elastic material it can also be pressed well and can therefore strengthen the hand muscles. For a foot massage the Hand Trainer light can also be placed on the floor and simply rolled barefoot.

Senso Handtrainer plus is filled with additional weight of approx. 250 g each and is larger (approx. 11 x 5 cm)
