Product information "Bodybone"

Bodybone – made in Germany – is a training and massage device made of Ruton with a special weight filling. Ruton is odorless, latex-free, and very durable (up to approx. 200 kg).

What does it do?
It is an excellent, anatomically designed training device for specifically relieving tension and blockages throughout the spine and promoting mobility. Other areas of application include trigger point and foot reflexology massage. The device can also be used as an additional weight in back, abdominal, and limb training.

How does it work?
The special shape allows the spinal muscles to be massaged without putting strain on the spine itself. The device is moved up and down the muscle strands with its wide, ball-like ends, while the narrow middle lies exactly above the spine and barely touches it. Tension and blockages are thus released without putting strain on the spine. The size and hardness of the device are also suitable for foot reflexology massage.
