The shoulder is generally defined as the body region around the shoulder joints. Since these joints are mainly held by muscles, it is the most flexible ball joint in the human body. As a result, dislocations of the shoulder as well as torn muscles and tendons in the area of the so-called rotator cuff are relatively common.
Through simple exercises, this joint can be strengthened in its mobility and also the corresponding muscles.
