On Saturday the 16.06.2018 the international TOGU day took place at gymnastics facilities of our partner DTB in Frankfurt, Germany.

The participants, speakers in the fields of physiotherapy, fitness and sports, experienced a training and networking event with a mixture of theory and many practical applications of the latest TOGU training equipment here.

After the welcome of TOGU family by Managing Director Giovanni Angelini, Dirk Hübel started as director of the Health & Fitness Academy and lecturer at the University of Jena with his lecture on back health and sensomotorics, in particular the use in occupational health management and in preventive course formats. He presented here the two training principles PST (Proprioceptive Sensorimotor Training) and KKT (Coordinative Strength Training) in direct comparison with selected exercises.

Then the state-certified sports and gymnastics teacher Gabi Fastner introduced the new Jacaranda® Ball. True to the motto Rolling like a ball – The training with the new Jacaranda Ball participants were able to participate in a 60-minute workout with gentle challenges for figure and health training. The presentation of the concept was accompanied by the specially composed music from the new Jacaranda CD.

After a short lunch break then Prof. Dr. med. phil. Winfried Banzer, Dean of the Department of Psychology and Sports Science of the University of Frankfurt am Main, an interesting lecture on research and the state of science on the use of perturbation training in prevention and rehabilitation. The use of dynamic training equipment is used here as an elementary component.

Expert in Functional Training, Personal trainer and owner of rebody in Barcelona, ​​Panos Pantas, introduced to the participants the topic of “mostability” (mobility and stability) for everyday life with innovative exercises. Here you could get to know special exercises in individual application and circuit training with Redondo Ball Plus and Balanza Ballstep mini.

Together the TOGU day ended with a tasty BBQ at the “Come Together” and many interesting conversations in the nearby hotel. The TOGU family is looking forward to next International TOGU Day in 2019 with all friends and partners.
