The International TOGU Day addressed current trends in the fitness and health sector

“If you look after six hours of theory input and practical application examples in over 150 satisfied faces, that makes you a bit proud. The participants’ feedback was great “, summarized TOGU CEO Giovanni Angelini the International TOGU Day on April the 5th, one day before the start of the FIBO fair. The specialist for air-filled training and therapy diversified theory and practice program on the subject of “Sensomotorics, Fascia and Athletic Training” to its partners as well as the specialists from the fields of movement, health, fitness and sport. The speakers were Dr. Robert Schleip, Divo Müller, Dr. Christos Papadopoulos and Antje Hammes.

Dr. Robert Schleip: “Myths, facts and new insights around the subject of fascia training”

“I was very happy to be part of the TOGU Day, because I am convinced by the concept. The event provides an optimal platform for the fitness and health sector to discuss current topics and scientific approaches. The practice-oriented supporting program is ideal to make presentations and content comprehensible. TOGU offers incredibly effective devices, especially in the field of fascial training. The Jumper®, for example, transmits vibrations through the whole body and thus prevents adhesions in the connective tissue. The Actiroll® Rumble is a good alternative to stimulate the metabolism due to its nubbed surface. ”

Divo Müller: “Fascial fitness training in the basin floor area with the TOGU Medicine ball
and Actiball® Relax “

“Through my work, I deal with fascial fitness every day. All the more it made me happy that I was invited as a speaker to the TOGU Day, because I am an absolute fan of the air-filled training and therapy equipment. The lectures have been a lot of fun and have been invigorating – a valuable property that is in our industry still to be found. ”

Dr. Christos Papadopoulos: “Athletic Training and sensomotor skills: Knowledge for a
modern healthy training with Balanza® Ballstep®, Jumper® Pro and Skitrainer “

“In my role as a rehab coach of the Romanian football team, I have been working with a lot of TOGU products for a long time. Allthough each of athletics training and in sensor motors, the complexity can be increased individually by the devices. This is especially important in team sports. Events like the TOGU Day are great to share such experiences and insights. ”

Antje Hammes: “Neuromuscular, myofascial training with Balanza® Ballstep®, Dynair® Twist, Theragym® Loop, Skitrainer and Actiball® Relax”

“I was really looking forward to the TOGU day and was not disappointed. A great program with many exciting lectures and practical workouts. It is great that we have also come across to so many different TOGU products and their application areas and functions. ”

Fascinating products from TOGU
The sports, health and fitness sector deals with the subject of fascia more fully than ever before. Exercises, scientific research and even training equipment are designed for this. Medical research shows that every bodily structure is surrounded by fascia. The connecting tissue is thus enormously important for the performance, prevention and rehabilitation of an athlete.

A well-trained and integrated fascia network influences the strength development and transmission, optimizes the resilience of tendons and ligaments and protects the muscles from injuries. The specialist for air-filled training and therapy equipment offers innovative and diverse products for regeneration, self-massage and relaxation. For example, the air-filled Actiroll® – available with a knuckle or shaft surface – can be adjusted to different degrees of hardness using the manual pump supplied, thus adapting to individual requirements. In addition to the fascination, the TOGU participants were able to extensively test further products from the TOGU range, such as the TOGU Jumper® or the Balanza® Ballstep®.
