Functional Circuit Training – Sensorimotor training for all

Circuit training is a well-known and popular form of exercise. The structured process with individual stations allows different target groups to work together. Regardless of age and fitness level, a varied and challenging workout is possible.Functional circuit training involves a variety of exercises with and without equipment. This allows you to move with many participants in a small space at the same time.

In the circles you can build classical exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups or squats. With additional equipment such as the Dynair® Ballkissen® or the Redondo® Ball Plus, the exercises can be intensified and the balance and coordination improved.

In the TOGU Club you will find many different workouts in the form of a compass, which you can either imitate at home or perfect in your group lessons. With these circles you train your body holistically.
