DVD Fascia in Motion
This DVD combines excellent theory and practice on the influence of specific training stimuli on our connective tissue. The
sports scientist and sports therapist Gunda Slomka explains the
structure and the structure of the connective tissue in the body and
explains the adaptation mechanisms to these so-called fascias. Training aspects are presented, followed by practical examples, exercises and movement flows.
The training concept of Gunda Slomka is enriched by a preface spoken by Thomas Myers (author of Buches Anatomy Trains) and by Dr. Robert Schleip, who gives an insight into the scientific work of the Fascia Research Group of the University of Ulm following the presented practice in relation to the training concept.
This DVD is aimed at practice leaders, coaches and interested people who want to expand their knowledge about the powerful, all-connecting structure in the body and are looking for ways of embedding into their practices for group and personal training or for practicing at home. Have fun with the fascinating training of the fascia!
