Recommended Training programs and training devices for the shoulder
In general the body area encompassing the shoulder joints is called shoulder. Since these joints are primarily kept in their position by muscles they are the most flexible ball joints of the human body. Therefore the luxation of the shoulder as well as muscle or tendon rupture a quite common in the area around the rotation cuffs . Through simple exercises this joints flexibility and the corresponding musculature can be strengthened.
