The back with the back muscles and the spine are the backbone of every human. And who doesn’t know it: Back pain. Younger persons are often more affected than older persons. The good news is: Over 90 percent of all back pain cases are less complicated then it seems. A serious illness is only seldom the reason.

Back pain can have physical and psychological causes-often these factors are influencing each other mutually. The most common causes are muscle tensions because of a wrong posture, a one sided load and a lack of motion. The load for the muscles is unbalanced.
