TOGU FT-Coach - the new training concept for Personal Training

Not a isolated training method with the different muscle groups, but integrates in different movement patterns are coached. So one speaks here also from "intelligent training". The joints and the muscles are moved therefore in all possible dimensions/levels in form "of chain system". Thereby they become more efficient and "more functionally" for the everyday life.
FT coach is an education concepts which brings together both worlds of sport and fitness. Hence, FT coach is directed at sports teacher, personal fitness trainer, physiotherapist and Sportcoaches which would like to get to know the specific features of the functional training and deepen. Grounding in anatomy, physiology, kinematics and biomechanics are assumed.
The Training concept consists of diffrent modules. After that you can make an exam with the certificate "FT-Coach"
